TopcoatDEC® AS-2K Specially formulated water based Polyurethane for surface Concrete sealer is a two component.
TopcoatDEC® AS-2K Full aliphatic specially formulated by our revolutionary, Polyurethane based coating with exceptional performance in a floors protection TOPCOAT by ANILO® It is a two-component, A+B comp. The product is highly recommended for especially suited as a protective sealer on self-levelling cementitious flooring mortars.
TopcoatDEC® AS-2K Anti Stain does not alter the color of the mortar or Concrete and displays no discoloration even after continuous contact with water. Furthermore, the material has excellent resistance to staining from materials such as: tea, coffee, wine etc.
TopcoatDEC® AS-2K Protec has excellent sunlight, chemical, water and very high abrasion resistance. The product has excellent resistance to staining.
Application is done with a roller, with a consumption of 80-100 gr/m² one coat.

Minimum consumption 80-100 gr/m².
Make the surface completely clean and dust-free.
Mixing; Use a low speed (300 rpm) mixer. Add the second component and continue mixing for 3 minutes.
Application; Apply with roller. Make sure not to disturb applied material with excessive rolling as roll marks may appear. The material is relatively fast drying and therefore any additional rolling after first application will cause surface defects to appear. If a second coat applies, make sure the first coat is completely dry before the second coat is applied.
Cleaning; Clean tools and equipment with water.
