The application surface must be dry.

Stage 1 WallBINDER® 1K Add high viscosity full aliphatic polyurethane binder on marble or colored quartz granules and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (2 minutes).

Stage 2 Apply the wall binder as a primer, the surface consumption of our Wallbinder product on the wall as a primer is / 130 grams for 1 m2 surface.

Stage 3 Continue by applying our WallBINDER chemical to the wall in part by part, like a primer, and applying the granule at the same time, that is, do not apply the primer to the entire wall at once.

Stage 4 Then, apply the granules you mixed with WallBINDER to the wall with a trowel. This application is a wet ,wet application method.

Stage 5 Apply from the ground up and press the granules evenly. Compress the coated surface by applying uniform pressure to the trowel.

During the vertical stone carpet application;
For a more comfortable application, spray the granules and your trowel with a mixture of 20% glass cleaning water and 80% tap water.
Clean your trowel frequently with Cellulose thinner during the application phase.

Application temperature range: (+05 °C) to +50°C)
Do not apply under rain or snow.
Relative humidity must be no more than 85%.
Try to eliminate the cured material on the walls of the mixing vessels.
WallBINDER® 1K in a cool environment,avoiding exposure to direct sunlight make sure it stays under the shade provided.
