Waterproofing Polyurethane Resin
ANILO® HydroTECH® FLEX PU-2K is a two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic waterproofing system based on high-performance elastomeric polyurethane resins. Upon curing, it forms a seamless, highly elastic and fully hydrophobic membrane with excellent mechanical strength.
The system is specifically engineered for long-term waterproofing and protection of surfaces exposed to continuous water contact. It ensures superior adhesion on a wide range of substrates including concrete, steel, and composite materials.
The formulation can be adapted for potable water applications and complies with relevant European standards upon request.
PRIMING
For substrates exposed to negative water pressure (e.g. underground tanks),
application of ANILO Primer® F-1K is strongly recommended.

Recommended in two coats:
Consumption per coat: ~0.7 kg/m²
For tank floors:
Single coat application: ~1.4 kg/m²
1. Surface Preparation Clean the surface using high-pressure water where possible Remove oil, grease, wax and all contaminants Eliminate cement laitance and loose particles Ensure the substrate is structurally sound, clean and dry
2. Substrate Requirements (Concrete) Minimum strength: C20/25 Surface moisture: ≤ 5% Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C Relative humidity: ≤ 85%
3. Mixing Mix both components using a low-speed mixer (approx. 300 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
4. Application Apply by roller in two coats Consumption per coat: ~0.7 kg/m² For tank floors: Single coat application: ~1.4 kg/m
5. Working Time Optimization To extend working time: Keep the mixture in a cool and shaded environment Spread the material on the surface to reduce heat build-up Use wide and shallow containers for mixing
